By the end of this project, you will have a better understanding of how you can utilize Facebook Messenger as a strategic tool in your marketing efforts. Facebook Messenger is a free instant messaging platform for content sharing which includes photos, messages, event details, and even group chats. Upon completing this course, you will be able to create your own Facebook Business Page with Messenger and you will have a solid understanding of the various ways the Messenger platform can be used to help increase sales and develop deeper relationships with prospective customers/clients. Note: This course works best for learners who are based in the North America region. We're currently working on providing the same experience in other regions.
